Charles Noussair

Charles Noussair is Eller Professor of Economics and the Director of the Economic Science Laboratory at the University of Arizona. He has degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. in Economics and Psychology) and the California Institute of Technology (M.S. and Ph.D. in Social Science). He is also a part-time faculty member at Waseda University, in Tokyo, Japan. Prior to moving to the University of Arizona, he has held faculty positions at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Purdue, Emory and Tilburg Universities. He was co-editor in chief at Experimental Economics (2014 – 2019). He is currently the President-Elect of the Economic Science Association (2021 – Present) and becomes President of the Association in 2023.
